Airborne Community mourns loss of Ben Reese

Fort Benning and the Airborne Community mourns the passing of Ben Reese, one of the few surviving members of the original Airborne test platoon. A funeral service for Mr. Reese is scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday, 25 March, at the Airborne Walk near Eubanks Field. In the event of inclement weather, the service will be conducted at the Infantry Chapel near Doughboy Stadium.
